HR Marketing Manager (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Develop and implement Employer branding strategy;
— Work closely with Marketing and HR Leads to improve candidates’ experience and engagement;
— Create clear technical tasks for the designer;
— Manage and promote internal QA Madness courses for candidates. Use marketing tools for its promotion and organization (ads, presentations, emails etc);
— Work closely with the Content Manager to create articles, presentations for internal clients;
— Help to plan and hold offline and online events for candidates;
— Manage company’s social media accounts targeted on internal clients;
— Manage day-to-day planning and execution of branding and marketing efforts to support hiring initiatives.


REQUIREMENTS:

— Upper-Intermediate level of English;
— At least one year Marketing manager experience, preferably in the B2C field;
— Experience in the IT industry is a must;
— Experience in HR Marketing will be an advantage;
— Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
— Experience in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads;
— Knowledge of the IT, technology and outsourcing industry;
— Creativity and the ability to generate ideas on an ongoing basis.
