Recruiter (offline)

​Responsibilities:

- Conducting full cycle recruiting;
- Keeping recruiting statistics and reporting;
- Communicating with the management team;
- Strengthen, developing and supporting the company’s internal HR brand;
- On-boarding of new team members.


Requirements:

- At least 2 years of proven experience in recruiting for IT company or personnel agency working in IT sphere;
- Deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of the recruiting process;
- Lots of successfully closed senior positions in IT;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle;
- Being aware of current trends in the IT industry;
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal;
- Brilliant organizational & presentation skills;
- Proactivity, result-orientation;
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines;
- At least Intermediate English;
- Willing to work in a team and truly be the part of a whole.
