Tech Lead/Web Architect (offline)

Our client is the fastest-growing global tobacco manufacturing company. An international corporation with over hundred years of history, internationally recognized brands and Reduced-Risk Products. Intellias mission is to support their strategy and efforts in Digital and eCommerce space (eCommerce and other apps mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management etc.)
A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of set of capabilities including online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services main differences.

Requirements:
As the Technical Lead of Frontend team you will:
Lead a cross-functional team of engineering focused on frontend development of our global B2C and B2B platform
Lead a team which is responsible for the development and operations of the frontend solutions you have built, e.g. true devops
To work close to PO and Engineering Team (composed of React.JS, AEM, DevOps and QA engineers)
Be accountable for the software engineering and operational practices the team is following

Must have:
5+ working a team lead, engineering manager or technical product owner on customer-facing web application
Experience working with distributed engineering teams
Strong experience working with B2B eCommerce, B2B Order Management System, B2B Digital Ecosystem
Good understanding of cloud base, distributed architecture, integration patterns, and web-centric application
Strong Software Engineering skills
Proven ability to coach others
Very good understanding of modern frontend development techniques and frameworks
Strong experience in at least on development language (JS, PHP, .NET, Python, other)
Very good experience with Agile methodology
Deep understanding of SDLC
English upper-intermediate
Strong focus on business goals
