Responsibilities:
- Plan and document all sales-related activities in our CRM system;
- Process inbound requests to identify SQL and move it further to the pipeline
- Proactively prospect for new opportunities and convert them to clients
- Effectively conduct introduction calls to present our company and identify a prospect’s business need and challenge;
- Maintain efficient communication and nurture all leads to push them to further stage of sales funnel;
- Work closely with the Engagement team to develop and present a proposal for a client;
- Lead the negotiation process and close the deal;
- Build strong relationships with the new clients to cultivate Relevant brand advocates.
Required skills:
- Fluent (C1+) English;
- At least 2 or more years of sales experience in an IT outsourcing company;
- Proven track record of successful deals;
- Understanding of the whole sales process, including prospecting, lead generation and qualification, negotiation, deal closure, and account management;
- Understanding of the IT industry and software development processes;
- Ability to “talk shop” with the IT-oriented guys;
- Persistence and creativity through the whole sales process, ability to contact prospects using the right message, build empathy, and strong reliable relationship.
