Lead Automation Tester (offline)

Test Automation Lead is invited to join EIS Group as a part of our automation team where new practices and technologies can be learnt and applied while working on the enterprise software products engineering.

We are looking for Lead Test Automation Engineer who will take part in a project leadership team and contribute to continuous improvement of test automation service in our company.

As a part of the Test Automation Team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in activities such as:

- Lead automation team in a project coordinating all activities around automated testing keeping them aligned to common QA strategy
- Be a part of automation department leadership team moving forward evolving of corporate automation expertise
- Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation platform
- Develop automated tests based on business needs and requirements
- Support existing automated test scenarios and test execution process within CI cycles
- Provide mentorship to less experienced colleagues
- Work in accordance with industry best practices in the team of professionals

Our expectations:

- Experience in Software Testing from 5 years on automation tester position
Good Java 1.8 knowledge
- Deep knowledge in Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks domains
- Good understanding of REST/SOAP services, XML, JSON
- Confident usage of SQL, Maven, Jenkins
- Intermediate English level (or higher)
- Ability to establish automation process on the project according to common company strategy and guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in team leadership and mentoring
- Willingness to learn and work on improving your skills and knowledge
