Project Manager (offline)

Requirements
- Successful experience in various project delivery methodologies
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent in conflict management
- Result-oriented - ready to work under pressure for company and team success
- Hands-on experience in pick-up ongoing projects to ensure successful their delivery


Responsibilities
- Full end-to-end responsibility from initiation to closure of projects with the team up to 15 FTE
- Establish effective communication channels with all levels of stakeholders from expert to TOP management
- Organization and participation in governance meetings
- Preparation and maintaining accurate project plans, resource
planning, RAID log, financial forecasting and transparent reporting
- Managing the project teams ensuring efficient use of resources
