IT Recruiter (offline)

Required skills
— 1+ year of experience as a Technical Recruiter (working with different tech stacks);
— Able to analyze information and find unique and creative solutions to sourcing;
— Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively (e.g., to represent one of our projects - www.opendaylight.org) decently;
— Strong self-organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
— Networking skills, ability to build friendly and long-term relationships with candidates;
— Good verbal and written communication skills (both in Ukrainian and English)

As a plus
— BS or MS in HRM, psychology or related field

Responsibilities
— Full-cycle recruitment (starting from sourcing to making offer);
— Create, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and approaches to meet hiring goals;
— Day-to-day communication, searching of candidates according to vacancies’ requirements using well known sources and your own skills;
— Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for the current and prospective needs;
— Work with any ATS you like (you are free to choose);
— Lots of space for responsibility and self-autonomy.

Project description
You will be working with different levels of technical vacancies (from Junior to Senior/Team Lead level) mostly for our domestic projects, such as OpenDaylight: a collaborative, open-source project, aimed to speed up the adoption of Software Defined Networking (SDN) and create a solid foundation for Network Functions Virtualization (NFV).
