Automation QA Engineer (offline) $1600-2000

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Product, Development and QA Teams to help translate technical requirements into work items as part of the Sprint ceremonies and to ensure the product is fit for purpose, of high quality, secure and performant.
• Create high quality automation tests with good coverage of the applications.
• Run Performance Tests.
• Ensure stories and features are signed off as part of Sprint delivery.
• Spend time on exploratory testing to uncover edge case issues.
• Generate QA documentation to report on the application’s quality on a regular basis and work to automate these reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in web development testing
• Preferably with experience testing SaaS platforms on AWS.
• Curious, intuitive and results focused with a drive to constantly exceed expectations and find ways of doing things better.
• Practical, pragmatic approach and hands-on team player.
• Has good interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, energetic, motivated and resourceful, problem solver.
• Be an active follower technology opportunities, innovative, thinks outside the box, enjoys challenges and trying new approaches..
• Able to multi-task, plan, organise, and prioritise work, thrives under pressure.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
