Senior IT Recruiter(Germany-based Product Company) (offline)

Requirements
— 3+ years of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter (preferably product companies);
— Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills;
— Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting software tools;
— Experience with the full life cycle recruiting process that includes sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiations;
—Experience in direct headhunting; proven experience sourcing and recruiting middle+, senior software developers (Technology stack: Node.js ; Angular 2+)
— Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
— Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English;
— Great team player;

As a plus:
— Leading a team with 2+ recruiters
— Building recruitment process from scratch

Responsobilities
— Build and optimize recruitment process
— Lead the full life cycle recruitment of technical positions
— Build and maintain strong pipeline of candidates
—Organize and supervise ATS and other recruiting tools
— Work closely with the C-level of the company and our recruitment partners
— Implement and improvement sourcing approaches and recruiting metrics
— IT job market analysis and trends
— Support newcomers on-boarding
