Project Manager (offline)

Required skills:

— Proven experience in managing outsourcing IT project (2+ years)
— Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, decision making, analytical and organizational skills
— Strong experience in managing medium/large projects in web application or mobile development area
— Experience with Agile methodologies
— Team management experience
— Upper-Intermediate English (written, spoken)
— The knowledge and skills of software testing

Duties include:

— Lead the project using Agile methodology
— Lead communications with all project team members (developers,QA, product owners)
— Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices
— Conduct daily stand-up meetings, control the speed of development and reporting
— Preparation of documents and releases
— Improvement and optimization of the current project management process
— To participate in the discussion of requirements and acceptance criteria
