Senior Product Designer (offline)

Requirements

• 3.5+ years experience in E-commerce projects;
• Strong experience in Figma;
• Familiar with Material Design Guidelines;
• Experience working closely with the development team and following existing development frameworks;
• Understanding the cost of implementing custom solutions in comparison with the off-the-shelf solutions;
• Experience in product metrics analysis and tools;
• Experience in creating and maintaining the design system;
• Design and develop UX deliverables throughout the wireframes, design concept and visual specs. Based on UX best practices, research, and metrics;
• Upper-Intermediate in English or higher (both written and spoken);
• Experience working with foreign clients;
• A showcase of related works with prototypes and examples of documents with UX research;
• Experience working in Agile teams;
• Ability to give, receive, and apply constructive feedback;
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset;

Responsibilities

• Continuously developing e-commerce interface and user experience;
• Working on e-commerce website redesign;
• Developing the design system;
• Support e-commerce back-office applications;
• Work autonomously and in collaboration with the development team in real time;
• Identify design problems and advising accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting both user needs and business goals;
• Make precise short-term estimations and seeing a bigger picture of project development;
• Investigate business requirements, conduct kick-off meetings with stakeholders, transform requirements into documents or proof of concepts;
• Designing low and high-fidelity prototypes for validating your hypothesis on real users;
• Discuss, validate, and evaluate generated ideas with stakeholders and team.

Would be a plus

• Experience with Material-UI framework;
• Experience in JavaScript;
• Motion Design skills;
