IT Recruiter/ HR Generalist (Maternity Leave Replcement) (offline)

What we expect you:
At least 2+ years of successful experience in IT recruitment, headhunting, and HR.
Knowledge of and ability to manage the whole recruitment process (search, interviews, feedbacks, job offer, successful onboarding).
Ability to understand the hiring manager’s needs and ask questions to help identify the right candidate(s).
Experience in sourcing techniques and active sourcing for candidates using different channels: LinkedIn, internal database, job portals, social networks, and other resources.
A good sense of people and team dynamics, as well as a good understanding of people management.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
High level of self-organization and time management skills.
Proactive and result-oriented person.

What are your tasks:

Find and engage talents and perform full life cycle of recruiting from sourcing to successful closure of Tech positions.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Lead our onboarding process and ensure a good start for every new colleague.
Extend our framework for training and personnel development to match the requirements of the tech environment
Support our corporate culture and ensure a motivational work environment, incl. regular checks, surveys, or evaluations
Manage corporate events and team-building activities.
