Curogram is a fast-growing US-based healthcare software company.
We are a leading provider of HIPAA-compliant texting that helps optimize the front desk of medical offices. Our product is a widespread medical application that allows patients to communicate with their healthcare providers.

- Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified tech team to support the organization.
- Participate in meetings with hiring managers to determine vacant tech-related positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires.
- Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of hopeful candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
- Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
- Compose job offer letters.
- Onboard new hires.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Qualifications for Technical Recruiter

- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- 1-2 years sourcing and recruitment experience.
- Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
- Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders, and ages.
- Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
