Generate, create and lead outreach campaigns in LinkedIn and other B2B platforms;
Communicate with potential clients;
Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs;
Perform leads qualification according to the ideal customer profile and score;
Filling and updating data in a HubSpot CRM system;
Apply an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach to generate a robust marketing pipeline;
Prepare proposals and respond to Request For Proposals (RFP).

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (C1-C2);
Ability to work from 14:00 - 23:00 GMT +3 Kyiv time;
Ability to work independently without a supervisor;
1+ years of experience in web development in a Business Development role;
Experience with Pipedrive / HubSpot CRM;
Experience in LinkedIn automation tools;
Experience in creating and leading email campaigns;
Attention to details and formatting;
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills;
Proactive attitude.
