About Our Customer:
Founded in 2002, the customer is a New York-based analytics company, with 2,800 employees in various locations internationally. The company sells software and hardware products for client engagement management, security, surveillance, and business intelligence. The customer’s products are designed to assist clients in data analysis, specifically large data sets.

About Our Project:
The Project is a standalone application written 100% in Python and deployed in AWS. The current (two-person) team is located in Atlanta. Daily Scrums at 11am EST.

Solid Python skill is important for this position, React knowledge is in second place. This is a full stack position, but most of the tasks will be backend work. We are currently working on a data migration project which is Python only: no frontend. Once that project is complete, likely a couple months from now, we will resume working on regular feature enhancements and product maintenance which will involve mostly backend work, but there will be some frontend as well.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience developing software using Python and the various tools in the Python ecosystem (Pip, PyPi, Virtualenv, Pyenv, etc.)
3+ Experience with Front-end UI: ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, NodeJS, Mocha
Team spirit
Good problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
Help design and implement functional requirements
Build efficient back-end features in Python
Manage testing and bug fixes
Prepare technical documentation
Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
