Requirements:
- Experience from 3 years in a similar position or in an audit company
- University degree (economics, finance)
- English level - at least Intermediate
- Free with MS Office, 1C, Power BI products
- Excel - proficiency in formulas at an advanced level, experience in working with large amounts of information.
- Setting automation tasks in 1C: 8 management accounting Power BI, Tableau
- Presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Expert experience in the field of financial accounting (deep knowledge in construction and management)
- Skills not only to collect on time and clearly show the numbers, but also the ability to set control points in the operational period, build a procedural process to control and manage the situation in order to achieve budget indicators
- Methodology development skills
- A clear understanding of the financial function, the ability to independently seek solutions and deal with complex tasks
- Ability to work in a team, responsibility
- Ability to work with a large amount of information, developed analytical skills
- Attentiveness to details, resistance to stress, pedantry, sociability,

Responsibilities:
- Budgeting - preparation of an estimate of the enterprise's work (decade / monthly), analysis of implementation, planning.
- Project budgeting in collaboration with project managers, chief accountants and CFOs
- Analysis, forecasting of indicators, control over the implementation and revision of project budgets in cooperation with the project manager
- Improvement / development of budgeting processes, management reporting and methods for monitoring performance indicators
- Make and support for existing reports in the MS Power BI environment: weekly updating, working out the interaction of forms, developing dashboards, creating online reports.
- Development, analysis and visualization of financial information in MS Power BI for management purposes for simple and complete understanding.
- Financial calculations and analytics using MS Excel on behalf of the management.
- Participation in projects for the development of the company's information and analytical system, interaction with the company's divisions.
- Reconciliation by item of expenditure by project and project portfolio.
