PHP Developer for Siteplus Website (offline)

Required skills

• Professional software development experience 2+ years;
• Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or similar;
• PHP 7, MySQL, GIT;
• Strong understanding of OOP fundamentals and adherence to a coding standard;
• Strong knowledge of Design Patterns
• Understanding how frameworks work (Laravel, Symfony, Yii)
• Strong experience with MySQL query optimizations;
• Practice experience with building REST API services;
• Writing of simple and clean code according to company standards;
• Ability to work to deadlines;
• Analytical thinking skills;
• Ability to work from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.

As a plus

• Practice experience with high-load systems;
• Practice experience with RabbitMQ;
• Practice experience with Docker;
• Experience with Elasticsearch;
• Development experience with E-Commerce systems or platforms;
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment;
• Understanding of the RFC, W3C, ISO standards;

Main Responsibilities:

• Development of new system functionality and introduction of changes to existing functionality;
• Coding according to the defined application architecture;
• Own your work from technical design, development, testing, deploying, maintaining and documenting;
• Code review;
• Build technical solutions;
• Perform analysis, verification, and debugging of the software code;
• Collaborate with people across several teams facing cutting-edge technologies and development practices;
• Communication with Project Manager, Business Analyst and Solution Architect on project tasks;
• Contribute to improving our processes and engineering culture;
• Assist in task management and planning.

The project assumes the development of the online website builder. The application allows customers to create the full-featured website of their own. This solution is designed for a global launch, integrated with scalable back-end, able to handle a high load of requests from users around the world.
