Senior Digital Recruiter (offline) $1000-1300
- Conduct HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates’ evaluation and presentation
- Lead the full recruitment cycle
- Cooperate directly with international customers and local project managers on a daily basis
- Developing and maintain positive relationships and open communication with clients
- Prepare reports on account recruitment status
- Writing updates/forecasts to current accounts on a weekly basis
- Take part in the coaching of newcomers
