Middle Business Analyst (offline)

Experience and skills needed:

2+ years of BA experience;
At least Upper-Intermediate English (2+ years of spoken and written communication experience with Customers);
good communication skills;
Experience with epic and user stories concepts creation;
Experience of successful communication with clients and building relationships;
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
Knowledge of business process modeling (UML, BPMN, Flowcharts);
Understanding of SDLC and its steps, SDLC modifications, and approaches;
Understanding of Usability principles;
Structured knowledge of any BA standard — PMI, IIBA, Enterprise Architecture.

Will be a plus:

Portfolio of artifacts that were created by you;
Knowledge of different business domains (ideally marketplaces, healthcare, logistics, fintech, IoT);
Experience in “Gherkin” language.

Responsibilities:

Active communication with clients and internal team;
Active participation in launching new projects;
Identify and analyze project stakeholders;
Identify and analyze business goals and needs, as well as business requirements;
Conduct domain and competitor analysis;
Determine elicitation approach, conduct elicitation, and confirm elicitation results;
Decompose business requirements into detailed functional requirements;
Active participation in non-functional requirements elicitation;
Validate and verify requirements;
Visualize business processes by Activity Diagram/BPMN, Use Cases Diagram, etc.;
Active participation in the creation of project documentation, roadmap, and team composition.
