Команда розробляє - TAS (Talent acquisition system), інструмент, який дозволяє за одну публікацію вакансії/резюме зробити розсилку на 40+ job-board, включає безліч різних інтеграцій з зовнішніми сервісами, що дозволяють контролювати та управляти зовнішніми процесами, проводити оплати, здійснювати покупки різних преміум функцій і т.д. всередині одного майданчика.
Для проекту ROAD MAP розписана на 2 роки вперед, ось кілька цікавих фіч на впровадження:
1. Комунікації замовників / роботодавців всередині сервісу.
2. Введення ML для аналітики.
3. Моніторинг інтерв'ю з метою виявлення проблемних точок у процесі найму.
4. Захист від реєстрації ботів, витоків і перевантаження трафіку (частково введено).
