Lead Generator (offline)

We are looking for a proactivity person with good communication skills that has an aspiration to develop in the IT industry. The person who focused on results.
And the most important — optimism and a good sense of humor.
We are expecting you to have:
- English at least intermediate.
- experience in Outsourcing/Autstaffing companies;
- experience with cold contacts/mail campaigns.
- basic knowledge of web, mobile, and software development.
- Mindset «to help», but not «to sale by any means».
- Desire to develop in IT sales.

Will be plus
- experience of working with foreign clients Europe, Canada, USA.
- experience with CRM systems.

What will you do?
- Proactively research the pools of potential clients through any existing ways and channels.
- Research and develop new channels of potential engaging future clients.
- Initiate the first contact with potential clients and build warm relationships with them.
- Closely work with Head of Business Development and handle different tasks together.
