Recruiter (GameDev) (offline)

Superpowers you have are:
2+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment in the IT industry;
Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, interviewing processes, search channels;
Excellent networking, strong analytical and negotiation skills;
Being result-oriented, attentive to details, and outside the box thinker;
Good team-player, active and hard-working personality;
Passion for games will be an advantage.

Becoming a part of Room 8 Studio team you will:
Be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions;
Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position;
Implement and optimize recruitment process;
Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
Mentor other Recruiters and Recruitment Researchers;
Participate in employer brand promotion campaigns;
Prepare reports and analytics on vacancies upon request.
