Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) (offline)

You will work closely with our product team to create designs that meet our users' needs and expectations. In this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of current design trends and be able to translate complex concepts into simple and elegant designs.
You will be reporting to the product manager and will be responsible for intuitive and user-friendly interface creation. Any concept you create will be brand-consistent across all experiences that our company provides to our end users.

Responsibilities
• Analyzing business needs, researching and implementing results into specific design solutions;
• Information architecture design (using mind mapping or other technics);
• Analyzing the effectiveness of the product design and searching for ways to improve the product;
• Development of wireframes (user flows, scenarios, UML diagrams, or similar) and mockups (layouts; assets, etc);
• Creating and preparation of scalable product design systems;
• Creating prototypes (static and/or dynamic), testing the offered decisions, and presentation of results to a team;
• Analysis and research of strengths and weaknesses of the product (quantitative and qualitative analysis);
• Transforming user research results into solutions that will improve user interaction and product interface.

Requirements
• 7+ years’ experience as a UI-UX designer;
• Experience working with FinTech brands as a huge advantage!
• Exciting portfolio which presents your experience (case studies + process description);
• Analytical and UI design skills;
• Our main tools: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe (AI, Ps, Ae), Miro, Confluence, Jira;
• Good experience in prototyping and interaction design;
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
