Customer Success Associate (offline)

Full training will be provided.

You will become a first point of contact for customers and be trained in managing properties in the UK

The Role

Provided day to day customer support to clients and their tenants
Maintaining relationships with property agents, landlords, contractors and tenants
Efficient correspondence, passing of messages and follow-up with clients
Ensuring Property Management software is kept up to date
Ensure all regulatory requirements are met on existing and new properties
Forwarding invoices for payment for customers
Coordinating handover of utilities for properties
Negotiating contract renewals
Managing deposit disputes and obtain dilapidation quotes
Reporting to landlords/agents
Dealing with insurance claims
Review quotes
Project managing renovation works
Following up on rent payments and ensuring rent is paid on time
Issuing monthly rent statements

Skills Required

Excellent English, both written and verbal
Willingness to learn about Property Management
Excellent IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office and data entry
Strong organisational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Problem solver and take own initiative
Remain calm under pressure
Confident in dealing with clients
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communicator and negotiator
Have the desire to exceed client and customer expectations
Be adaptable and a good team player
Excellent customer service with ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
Good understanding of plumbing, electrical, boiler, handyman work etc.
Have a flexible approach to working hours

Training Provided

The company will pay for your training as a Property Manager and will provide full training of the software. This will cover customer service, finance and relevant laws/regulations.
