A stable boutique company with high-profile customers needs a Help Desk person.

* Working with the company's customers. Providing courteous and professional service by phone and e-mail.
* Work with the company's SLA reading and tracking system in front of its customers.
* Add new Google Workspace and Exchange customers to the company's systems.
* Establishment of customers in the company's systems.
* Customer support for setting up and resetting electronic Dar boxes in Google / Microsoft 365 clouds and more.

* High service consciousness - able to provide fast and courteous service, even in times of stress.
* Experience working in Microsoft and Office products - required
* Experience in frontal and remote customer support - required
* Work with remote connectivity products such as AnyDesk / TeamViewer. - Required
* Knowledge of Exchange / Active Directory - required
* Fluent Hebrew - required
Familiarity with adding and editing automated processes to cloud systems - an advantage
* Familiarity with communication systems, information security - a significant advantage
