User Acquisition Manager в международную компанию Appodeal (offline)

International company Appodeal Stack is looking for 4 User Acquisition Managers, one per each of the following networks: Facebook, Google Ads, Applovin, Unity. You’ll run campaigns according to the workflow and structure we have and work on the scale of the campaigns for our portfolio of apps (card games, puzzles, word games, block games, board games).

Responsibilities
Setup all types of campaigns using the company’s established workflow;
Work on looking for performing events per each app each network according to the company’s established workflow;
Optimize campaigns by working with creatives, bids, budgets according to the company’s established workflow;
Collaborate with the creative team to produce more performing creatives;
Analyze results of campaigns/creatives and share your findings and recommendations with your manager;
Reporting.

Requirements
Experience with working with the network you apply for, basic knowledge and understandings, the details we’ll teach;
Strong analytical skills and common sense;
Basic understanding of mobile metrics: ARPPU, LTV, ROAS, DAU, Retention, and others;
Confident use of Google Sheets, Excel;
Proactive and results-oriented;
High level of self-learning;
Attention to detail;
Independence and desire to develop in the sphere;
English proficiency is at least Intermediate.
