Business Analyst (offline)

Необходимые навыки:
— English — at least Upper-Intermediate level;
— At least 0.5 year of experience at BA or equivalent role in
— Basic technical knowledge of IT: client-server architecture, HTTP protocol, API, mobile platforms, general understanding of popular programming languages and frameworks
— General understanding of payment processors
—Knowledge of basic techniques of business analysis
—Theory knowledge of SDLC
—Practical experience in writing software requirements (use cases, user stories)
—Understanding the principles of software development methodologies: SCRUM, Waterfall
— K. Wiegers “Software requirements” is a must to read.
—Good communication skills
—Ability to learn quickly

Обязанности:
Working on business requirements for projects
— preparing SRS
— validate and verify requirements
— decompose business requirements into Epics/User Stories
— visualize business processes and data models by Activity Diagram/ State Diagram, ERD, etc.

Будет плюсом:
— Previous experience in outsource company
— Work experience in IT (QA, PM, UX, etc.)
— Portfolio of artifacts which were created by you (of course, it shouldn’t consist of information that is under NDA )
— Finished business analysis courses
— Strong knowledge of modeling notations (UML, BPMN) and applying it practically
— UI/UX experience (prototyping, design)
— Experience with Jira
