QA Automation Engineer (offline)

There are several streams we work on. The total team size is 13 people (.Net backend developers, React.js developer, DevOps engineer).

The project is hosted on Azure DevOps, built with Azure Pipelines, Terraform, and Helm charts, and runs in a Kubernetes cluster. The project is built using a microservices architecture. Services communicate via gRPC internally. There is also a GraphQL API for third-party services.

The work is organized according to Agile and Scrum principles. Each team has a PO/Scrum Master and they utilize modern technologies in their work.

We are looking for a QA engineer with experience working with Cypress. Also, we are ready to consider an engineer with Selenium and Typescript experience who is ready to learn Cypress.

We hire people not for a project but for the company. If the project (or your work on it) is over you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.

Must have

3+ years of automated testing experience
Automated testing experience using JavaScript
Knowledge of Typescript
Experience in automation with JavaScript + Cypress
Experience with Selenium web driver
Experience in manual testing of mobile web applications
Understanding a life cycle of product quality control
Knowledge of testing types and their implementation methods in the process of software testing
Good spoken English

Would be a plus

Making test documentation (test plans, test cases, etc.)
Basic knowledge of databases and skills with DBMS
Knowledge and experience of working and integrating with CI (TeamCity, Jenkins)
Ability to learn and master new technologies
