A-LISTWARE is looking for a Middle/Senior Elastiсsearch Support Engineer.

Our Customer:
Our customer’s product was developed for Elasticsearch management, monitoring, and troubleshooting. It is a real-time monitoring and alert system that creates actionable alerts. It finds problematic nodes, reveals anomalies, and sends notifications before nodes collapse and incidents occur, thus minimizing application failures and preventing alert storms.

Required experience:
- 3+ years experience of supporting customers as 2-3 tier support;
- Supporting customers in various environments;
- Working with AWS, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Infra-as-Code, Terraform;
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills;
- English - Upper-Intermediate+.

Would be a plus:
Kafka, postgreSQL.

Working conditions:
- 5-day working week, 8-hour working day, flexible schedule;
- All UA public holidays are days off;
