Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter (offline) $800-1500

You have:
- Good knowledge of the local IT market and different recruitment tools/approaches.
- Experience in the full recruitment life cycle.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative approach to sourcing.
- Excellent knowledge of active search tools.
- Ability to evaluate candidate's soft skills, motivation, values; compare with the company; communicate with the candidate based on found "contact points".
- Proactive approach and flexibility.
- Team player mindset with the ability to plan and deliver independently.

- development of talent acquisition strategy - analyze/plan/deliver talent acquisition based on the company strategy;
