IT Researcher (offline)

What you’ll help us with:
• independent search for candidates in Linkedin, GitHub, Stackoverflow, DOU, Telegram etc.
• define new search channels for the best candidates
• maintaining a candidate pool in ATS
• teamwork with recruiters, staffing managers, interview teams and candidates to optimize the recruitment process
• monitoring of the Ukrainian IT market
• participation in various public events, including internal schools and meetups

Here’s the experience that will help you with the job:
• experience in recruiting
• understanding the specifics of selecting IT specialists
• experience or understanding of candidate sourcing principles using the Boolean Search
• ability to find candidates’ contacts on Linkedin, GitHub, Twitter, Skype etc.
• self-organization and result orientation

These skills will also come in handy:
• completed IT recruitment courses
• successful experience in closing vacancies in IT company
