We’re looking for a Marketing Manager for our Global Marketing team. This role will be integral to help shape and develop Company's marketing organization. This person will be responsible for translating Company's brand priorities into measurable projects and building a best-in-class marketing model

• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Analytics and/or other funnel analytics and attribution technologies.
• Lead through high-levels ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization
• Strong knowledge in data segmentation and reporting within a CRM and Marketing Automation system.
• Advanced program or project management skills: comfortable prioritizing tasks and workload on behalf of yourself while managing multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable flexing between day-to-day process setting and long-term strategy work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Can communicate complex information into actionable insights.
• Ability to track, measure and report on results of various marketing functions to determine ROI.
• Adaptability and curiosity: seeks out opportunities to create new processes and ways of working, while staying flexible and open to new ideas.
• 3-5 years’ experience working within Marketing Operations, Analytics, Technology or similar.

• Deliver an operating roadmap, report on the business impact or investments, and overall marketing spend.
• Understand the relationship between marketing, creative and the entirety of an organization and are comfortable moving between big picture strategy work and execution; all while being a strong process partner across all levels of the organization.
• Extensive knowledge in MailChimp or/and ActiveCampaign
• Lead on scaling the marketing function: establish new ways of working between a shared marketing, digital & creative function, implement new tools.
• Have a solid understanding of all marketing channels, report on campaign and customer program performance, ROI, A/B testing, and attribution and analytics across multiple channels/products.
• Partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to develop models for use in forecasting, CAC, LTV, and ROI measurement
• Provide insights on marketing campaign performance and return on investment.
• Collaborate on data roadmap with cross-organization working groups to establish technology prioritization needs that impact commercial results. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain data and reporting processes, promoting data integrity best practices for maintaining a healthy database.
