We’re looking for an Sales/Account Manager to join our sales team.
The position assumes close work with both Sales and Delivery at the early stages of customer engagement and project initiation.

Your typical flow would start with the inputs from the sales team on a high-level customer need, and you will take the lead on the further activities towards the project start, e.g.:
- Clarification calls
- Understanding of the customer’s needs and drivers
- Proposal preparation and presentation
- Assistance during the project kick-off and account management when the delivery starts

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Attentiveness to details
- Good understanding of the IT software development market and its realities
- Understanding of the delivery methodologies, pricing, and engagement models in IT
- High-level understanding of the software architecture and its modern patterns
- Ability to facilitate and moderate customer-facing consulting-type sessions and subsequent information aggregation
- 3+ years in IT on a similar position or position in business analysis/project management
- 1+ years in presales/engagement management or IT consulting
