It Office Administrative (offline) $700-1000

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- Higher education
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking mindset
- Can-do attitude to work
- Responsibility and good team working skills
- At least Intermediate English level

Responsibilities
- Cooperation of activities with recruitment agencies which we are working with
- Publishing new vacancies on websites, arranging interviews and knowledge assesment with candidates
- Provide administrative support to the HR department in a broad range
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Strong vendor management skills, coordination of the office supplies
- Coordination of business trips, expense reports and other events
- Providing the help with organization of partners visits and other internal events (organizing meetings, transfer, order and serve lunches, outings etc)
- Assists with special projects and varied tasks as needed
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Other administrative tasks on demand
