PHP software engineer (offline) $1500-2500

We are a company of two developers standing at the beginning of our way to build a sustainable outsourcing IT company and then an agency based in Kharkiv.

At this moment we are looking for a skilled and talented backend engineer to be our partner and ready to offer:
- Symfony 4 and/or Yii 2 projects for first 6 months - 1 year (Yii 2 data parser with caching server and frontend; Symfony 4 self-written system for the Ukrainian school of leaders)
- no more than two projects in parallel
- transparent rules for salary and career growth
- compensation above market rates
- paid workplace in open space coworking (optional)

I, Anatolii, have 12 years of experience in web and mobile development, both in companies and as a freelancer. And my close friend Serhii was the business owner of producing craft items from wood for 7 years and turned to be a frontend software engineer 3 years ago.

We are currently looking for two lead engineers (one backend and one frontend) to kickstart the growth process as we already have a client base, strategy, and resources to go further fast.
