As a member of Auditdata’s development group, you will work in a fast-growing product team and focus on creating and supporting high performance team culture based on Agile best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily operational management of distributed development team(s) between Ukraine, Denmark and Canada

- Act as quality and process gate keeper:

o Supervise projects/products and roadmap deliveries
o Conduct regular SCRUM activities with Development Team and Product Owners i.e. standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, eliminating bottlenecks and streamlining development and deliverables
o Provide complete delivery visibility through reporting and status meetings with Auditdata leadership and stakeholders
o Define project success criteria and milestones and communicate the status updates and progress to the Stakeholders.

- Facilitate communication & collaboration between development team and other stakeholders:

o Identify risks, impediments, dependencies, communicate in a transparent way to relevant parties and help to remove them
o Collaborate with Product Management/Product Owners on upfront planning activities
o Play a crucial role in coordination between Marketing, Sales and R&D departments on release rollout activities
o Help the team to provide an estimation of product backlog items and long-term business initiatives o Know your team, your backlog, and your product in order to actively participate in discussions, planning and removing bottlenecks

- Support continuous improvements and high efficiency of the processes:

o Ensure effectiveness of delivery process including proper usage of methodologies and tools. Experience with Azure DevOps is a big plus o Identify areas of product development lifecycle improvements and make recommendations
o Collaborate with the development team to implement process change in accordance with best practices and our needs
o Be an ambassador of the Agile practice across the team, coach and mentor teammates in Agile methodologies

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IS/HAS
- Certified SCRUM professional and Agile Coach
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a SCRUM master / project manager or equivalent for remote, globally distributed teams
- Excellent understanding of and practical experience in project management, Agile principles, SCRUM, frameworks for scalability like SAFE, LESS, Nexus etc
- Strong problem-solving skills. Very detailed oriented and fast-learner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent spoken and written English) with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross functional teams
- Proven track record of successful project transformations into Agile mindset and work culture
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Act as the ambassador of the Agile / Lean principles, process improvements, high-performance team culture, driver for the initiatives and don’t take NO for an answer
- Relevant university degree (min Bachelor’s)
