As a User Acquisition Manager, you will own customer acquisition campaigns across Facebook/ Google Ads


- Optimize campaigns as well as analyze results to help us determine how and where budget should be allocated
- Hit monthly budget and ROI goals
- Partner closely with our analytics team to determine appropriate acquisition costs and KPIs for each market based on LTV, conversion rate, and other variables
- Work closely with other teams to share learnings from paid marketing and apply learnings from other teams to campaigns within your channels
- Manage marketing creative requests by working closely with a creative team


- Minimum 1+ years on Facebook/ Google Ads UA manager position, experience in gaming will be a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented with solid budgeting and day-to-day management abilities
- Ability to analyze varieties of data and identifying marketing trends
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Understanding of general media planning, analysis, and campaign management
- Interest in games and interactive entertainment industry preferred
- English upper intermediate
