Project Manager (offline)

Необходимые навыки:
— 1.5 + years of as an IT Project Manager;
— English level not lower than Upper Intermediate;
— Understanding of the development life cycle;
— Knowledge of the Agile (Scrum) methodology;
— The ability to correctly explain the thoughts and substantiate technical solutions, both orally and in writing;

Будет плюсом:
— knowledge of German;
— higher education in the field of computer technology;
— result-orientation, teamwork skills, fast learning, analytical thinking;
— technical background (it will be a huge plus!).

— Project requirements gathering
— Setting up tasks for developers
— Document management of the project
— Analysis of ready-made technical solutions, selection of the best on the basis of the received data
— Planning the project according to the established scheme
— Monitor the timing of project tasks
— Communication with the team and contractors, statement of the work process (development, testing, work with requirements)
— Control over the tasks of each of the participants in the project (designer, developer, QA engineers, etc.)
— Management and optimization of project profitability
