Project manager/Business analyst (offline)

What our candidate will be responsible for:
- Definition and clarification Business needs and convert them to User Stories;
- Handling and managing change requests in collaboration with the team;
- Resources management and planning;
- People management;
- Budget planning and management;
- Pre-sales actives;

Requirements:
- 2+ year experience in business analysis;
- 2 years of experience on PM position;
- Storing knowledge in project management methodologies. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scum;
- Ability to work with complicated clients and under pressure;
- People management skills, strong skills in conflict resolution and problem solving;
- Experience in estimating projects and preparing financial quotes per client's request, contract negotiation, invoicing;
- Resource and budget planning;
- Client-facing experience, reporting to upper management;
- SDLC processes setup and improvement
- Experience writing requirements specifications, documentation and user-stories;
- Fluent English
- Well-organized, accurate, creative person who oriented on results and deadlines;
- SQL knowledge is a plus;
- Good communication skills (ability to express thoughts clearly both verbally and in writing).
