IT Trainee (Intern) (offline)

-Successful completion of the educational and training practical exercises, individual tests, analytical activities.
-Internship tasks completion during the practical phases at Software Management Departments:
- Classification of requests (incidents, problems and services) of software products used by KN in warehousing logistics at the Corporate level, research and diagnosis of inquiries, finding an incident solutions

- Detection of defects in software defects and technical documentation, informing the relevant team in order to correct;

- Analysis of documentation for the development, construction of a test plan and perform testing according to the methodology of the testing department;

-Providing suggestions for optimizing the management of software and training programs, support and testing of information technology;
-Effective interaction with other participants in the process to fully fulfill their responsibilities and tasks, including participation in corporate events, social projects, etc.
