HR Manager (offline)

Your Role:

New joiners onboarding
- make sure our new joiners and existing employees have a pleasant experience from day 1;
- collect and safely store all relevant information and documents about new hire;
- sign offer letters and other related contractual documents;
- create employee welcome packs;
- assign equipment, workplace setup, access levels to different systems, etc;
- assign new joiners to benefits;
- conduct orientations and onboarding meetings for different roles across the company;

People engagement
- enable employees to set challenging goals;
- conduct employee surveys, collect constant feedback, improve employee experience;
- develop recognition programs from birthday celebrations to performance recognition activities, milestones achievements;
- enable people to demonstrate true human values at work, such as Innovation, Initiative, Responsibility, Leadership, People Care, Resilience, Responsibility, Teamwork;
- discuss ideas to improve Clearmovers well-being program, team-building moments, and events;

People Development
- in assistance with management and team leaders create supportive personal development plans and programs for all employees;

Admin
- support all the admin needs and ensure the HRIS (FreshTeams) system is updated with valid employee data;
- provide administrative support to management and finance teams about payroll;
- connect with benefits providers;

Others
- provide ongoing strategic guidance & support to the senior leadership team;
- serve as a representative to all HR related vendors and partners;
- deal with day-to-day people operations tasks.

- Good understanding of HR Manager role in a growing technology company;
- Previous experience in the role of HR Generalist would be of great advantage;
- Excellent communications skills in the international environment;
- Strong empathy to people needs and active listening skills;
- English fluency;

Nice to have:
- background in supporting SaaS and/or small-to-mid-sized startups (preferably tech);
- completion of HR course;
