Project Manager (offline)

Your future activities:
— Create accurate cost estimates / plans together with tech team
— Customer communication. Ensuring client satisfaction level
— Requirements clarification / documentation. Deliverables definition
— Troubleshoot problems that come up during project execution
— Be a part of PMO. Work on company processes improvements

Requirements:
— At least 2-years experience in Project Management
— Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer / tech discipline
— A proven track record of successfully delivered projects. Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget
— Deep knowledge of software development life cycle, experience working with different methodologies
– Waterfall, Agile
— Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
— Experience in requirements analysis
— Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a changing environment
— At least Upper-Intermediate English level
Will be a plus
— PMP, Scrum certifications
— Experience in process development, tools development
— Experience working with distributed cross-functional teams
