Business Analyst (offline)

We are a product company which is developing a new and unique trading ecosystem. It includes more than 10 blocks — CRM, Chat, BI, Trading Engine, Education and other blocks which will be easy to use for both, clients of the trading platform and operator companies. For operator companies our ecosystem will allow to measure and improve the efficiency of employees, measure and increase LTV of clients, ensure complete control and understanding of the business. For our clients, we are offering convenient interface and user friendly system.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering;
• 1+ years of experience in the role on building analytical solutions with using Metabase
• Experience with creating dashboards and report on Metabase
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports;
• Understanding of statistical analysis methods
• Attention to detail, good problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have:
• Knowledge in Google Cloud Platform (Big Query, APIs)
• Experience with data science toolkits is a plus
• Experience in building Data Warehouse

Responsibilities:
• Gather user and business requirements
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
• Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options
• Conduct backlog groomings and estimations sessions
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements to developers/project team
• Document data flow diagrams, entity descriptions
