Responsibilities: — Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) — Make a preliminary screening according to vacancies requirements, redirect the most suitable candidates to the Recruiter — Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs — Take part in recruiting processes, helping our Recruiting team to attract the best IT-professionals — Update and maintain data in our Applicant Tracking System (CleverStaff) — Salary benchmarking, market research, and analysis — Promote our employer brand online and offline
Requirements: — Experience in IT sourcing (researching) or completed recruiting courses — Experience with resources and channels for finding good candidates — Intermediate level of English or higher — Understanding of general recruitment processes — Effective time-management abilities — Basic knowledge and understanding of the IT terminology — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The position is opened in Lviv office.
