Our perfect match for this position has:
- Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork;
- IT lead generation experience (more than one year);
- English (intermediate and higher);
- Experience working with Excel and Google Docs;
- Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Xing, Crunchbase, Angellist;
- Experience working with the CRM systems;
- Good analytical skills, strong attention to details, problem-solving, and prioritization skills;
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, and new challenges;
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
- Understanding of the sales, marketing processes.

Would be a plus:
- Technical background;
- Experience working with outreach automation tools as GrowthLead, Snov.io, Reply.io, etc.

Job to be done:
- Generate opportunities through Linkedin, emails, etc, by creating and maintaining outreach campaigns;
- Update and maintain company CRM, manage leads and track activities and communication;
- Research the pools of potential clients, figure out details to confirm relevancy, define the key contacts, generate interest and develop relationships;
- Communicate with potential clients, work with company portfolio;
- Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop new ways of generating leads, cold contacting channels and nurturing strategies;
- Keep highly detailed records and reporting of activity, meet or exceed monthly targets.
