Our goal is to find a UI / UX specialist with a strong commercial background who is willing to develop as a product designer and a mentor. You will be collaborating, promoting and refining the vision of experience design with product and technical teams.

Our Development Team includes:

Project / Product Manager
2 Backend Developers (Python)
3 Frontend Developers (React, Angular)
2 QA Engineers (Manual and Automate)
1 Business Analyst
1 UI/UX Designers

We are currently looking for an experienced Middle UI / UX Designer for digital and eCommerce sites with expert knowledge of interfaces, responsive web design and mobile-specific design patterns to join our team in our Kyiv office. However, we are open to remote partnership.

Your primary duties will include:

Investigating customer needs using a spectrum of tools and methods.
Solve user and business problems based on data, best practices, competitive intelligence, trends, innovations instead of your or stakeholder’s opinion.
Producing wireframes, prototypes in low and high fidelity based on the hypothesis and transform them into the design.
Collaborating with product managers teams to translate concepts and hypothesis into designed user interfaces and validate through AB testing.
Funnel optimization from the Landing page, order form to the checkout page.
Mentoring of a strong junior designer.

Ideal candidate:

* Has 2+ years of experience as a Web, UI / UX designer.
* Possesses experience with design system and ability to make rubber components.
* Understands a Responsive Web Design.
* Has experience of working with Figma. Ability to make wireframes and clickable prototypes.
* Able to work with interface animation and collaborate with developers team.
* Has intermediate English language skills.

Will be a plus:

* Motion design
* Experience with video production graphics design
