QA Engineer for Travel Platform (offline)

Requirements:
— 2 years of practical experience in Web and API testing;
— Strong knowledge of the theory of testing (DLC and STLC, Bug lifecycle);
— Strong knowledge of different test design techniques;
— Expertise in reviewing software requirements;
— Experience in different testing types: Functional, Non-Functional, Smoke, Regression, Sanity, Exploratory;
— Experience in REST API testing and working with web debugging tools (Postman/Insomnia, Fiddler);
— Strong knowledge of Chrome devtools;
— Experience in creating Testing Artefacts: Test suites, Test cases, Traceability matrices, Check lists, Bug reports, Test Reports;
— Knowledge of client-server architecture;
— Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
— Experience with Management Systems (Jira, Testrail, Confluence);
— Experience with SQL DBs (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL DBs: (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis);
— Experience in SQL scripting;
— Experience with CI (Gitlab, Jenkins);
— Basic knowledge of git and git flow;
— Basic knowledge of Web technologies (html, css, xml, json).

Will be a plus:
— Experience in working with complex product system with microservices architecture (UI, APIs, DBs);
— Knowledge of any programming language;
— Knowledge of automation process, experience in it
— ISTQB certification.

Duties:
— Testing of web applications (main site, admin panel), future mobile application.
— API testing using Postman;
— Testing interactions between microservices;
— Creating, maintaining documentation (bug reports, test-cases, check-lists, testing strategy, procedures. manuals);
— Investigate issues provided by CS team;
— Participate in knowledge sharing sessions with QA team members and with CS team;
— Providing tasks testing estimations;
— Requirements analysis, improvements suggestion, discrepancies finding;
— Quality control throughout the development cycle.
