Responsibilities
This role is an integral part of our IT team and is the gateway to requesting any IT support or service, meaning that excellent customer service and communication skills are as important as the high level of technical expertise required for this role.
You will be responsible for resolving Incidents, Problems and Service Requests, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels through our ServiceNow platform and excellent quality standards to deliver our customer first culture.
To succeed you will be confident and have the passion to learn new skills and deliver excellent Customer Service.
Service Desk part:
• Work with the user over the Skype or via email to resolve problems with IT service issues;
• Ensure that requests for assistance are responded to in a timely manner according to agreed SLA’s;
• Diagnose and resolve problems accurately making sure they are logged correctly and either closed successfully or escalated appropriately to other support teams or colleagues inside our team;
• Take ownership of escalations when asked, deliver solutions;
• Key users – business owners, analytics and users of BI reports. It is more like a 2 level support.
We will teach you and later it will become BI Analytics part of your job:
• Undertake analysis and reporting development work to include existing and new reporting requirements, processes and procedures;
• Develop functional design, systems specification, testing and implementation plans for reporting requests;
• Ensure high quality BI and reporting across business process & systems analysis, internal customer interfacing, user support, business reporting development;
• To take ownership over all areas of data and reporting.
Requirements
• English - good spoken and written English;
• Commitment to supporting our internal clients, ability and willingness to provide such support;
• Attention to detail;
• Multitasking - tasks come in different directions, it is necessary to orientate, manage and monitor them constantly;
• A past experience of successful communication with clients as an analyst or support specialist is desirable;
• Experience with BI tools or experience with SQL at the level of writing simple queries.
