Junior Front-end Email Developer (offline)

Overview of Responsibilities: Working under the direction of the Marketing Automation Business Unit Manager, this position will be responsible for the development and implementation of customer email marketing programs. This role is responsible for maximising the utilisation of our email templates with Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot as well as continually supporting customers to increase ROI and other email KPIs whilst delivering projects. The role will be focused on the creation of email templates but will also involve delivering other basic aspects of marketing cloud and pardot implementations.

Interviewing:
1-st stage: interview with the recruiter (around 30 minutes);
2-nd stage: interview with a client (around 1 hour);

Required Skills:
• Have a strong knowledge of ESP systems (preferably Salesforce);
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML and CSS is required;
• Reporting and analysis knowledge;
• Understanding of email best practice;
• Good English communication skills, written and verbal;
• To be comfortable with numbers and interested in turning data into actionable insights;
• To be detail oriented and can successfully manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
• Be a proactive team player, willing to step outside of your job description if necessary;
• Segmentation experience (advantageous but not required);
• Experience with Litmus and/or Return Path (advantageous but not required).

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with customers to continuously develop our templates and visuals to ensure our emails stand out in the in box and maximise our click through rate;
• Creating templates and automations, you will assemble campaigns, which include AB and multivariate tests, using assets provided from design and marketing teams;
• Create and develop dynamic content and content blocks;
• Testing of each email campaign following and developing a thorough sign off process;
• Analysing weekly, monthly and yearly data to increase key customer KPIS: OR, CTR, CR and revenue per email. Produce reports on campaign performance KPIs and communicate these with customers;
• Identify, Share and drive best practice and learning’s, become the centre of expertise for the email design;
• Basic set-up and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
