Junior Software Engineer JavaScript (offline) $1000-2000

Cater2.me is a growing mid-size startup on a mission to make eating at work amazing. We’re changing the way employees eat by drawing from a diverse set of local, passionate food providers that are making company meals more exciting inside and outside of the office. We work collaboratively across 10+ US markets, from San Francisco and New York to Austin and LA.

What You’ll Do
Codes, tests, debugs, documents, reviews, monitors, and supports our product
Supports in design and development of new products or major enhancements to existing systems
Ensures all projects are delivered on time and to the highest possible standards
Contributes to an environment that is conducive to producing superior products
Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements

What You’ll Need
Knowledge of current web standards: HTML5 and CSS3
Comfortable with one or more Javascript framework: React, Svelte, Ember, Angular or a similar js framework
Passionate about using TDD/BDD in your daily development
Familiar with distributed source control tools such as git or mercurial
Flexible availability beyond normal work hours, as needed
Based in Kyiv
